Försäljning av Mavera till Verisk
Clearwater International har agerat rådgivare åt ägarna av Mavera, ett insurtechbolag inom claims management, vid försäljningen till Verisk Analytics.
Mavera grundades 2008 och har sedan dess etablerat en ledande position i Norden tack vare dess SaaS-plattform som på ett effektivt sätt hanterar komplexa personskadeärenden genom att kombinera datadrivna verktyg med the ’human touch’. Genom att kombinera medicinsk specialistkompetens med avancerad AI har Mavera byggt en plattform som automatiserar och förbättrar skadehanteringsprocessen, samtidigt som plattformen bidrar till högre träffsäkerhet och ökad transparens.
Verisk är ett globalt ledande bolag inom data analytics och erbjuder bolag i finansbranschen tjänster inom beslutsstöd och riskhantering. Bolaget är baserat i USA och har en ambition att växa i Norden och övriga Europa. Förvärvet av Mavera är en hörnsten för dess europeiska expansion.
